Your commitment to us:

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Maxwell’s Pumpkin Patch and yourself.

Pricing

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever.  Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

You can only enter with a pre purchased ticket only.

Tickets are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferrable if you are unable to attend for any

reason

We reserve the right to release more tickets for any particular day or time as we adapt to demand.

 

Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable other than if extreme weather makes the patch unsafe and / or Government guidance relating to Covid-19 - A refund will be issued to the card you purchased the ticket from. Then, if you wish to come on another day you will need to book an alternative slot yourself.

General

·Please arrive in time to enter the site within your 10-minute time slot. Please keep to your

booking slot.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to ticket holders who arrive at the event late or who are behaving disorderly or using bad language or being abusive towards staff or visitors.

Yes, dogs are allowed but must be kept on leads at all times.

For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to ask people to leave if they do not abide by the rules.
